Through her own need for Physiotherapy, Bianca developed a 'want' to help people. She is always wanting to learn more and her keen interest in being "outside the box" or "not sticking to the status quo" has lead her down a path unique to very few therapists and people.
Bianca graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduation, Bianca began working in Aged Care on the Northside of Brisbane. After a couple years in the Aged Care sector, she moved across into the Paediatric sector where her passion for helping children was able to blossom.
Whilst she is very enthusiastic about the development of babies and children, she does enjoy helping anyone of any age overcome pain and identify the root cause to movement patterns and work to re-establish the neuromuscular connections.
Since leaving university, Bianca has completed a number of professional development courses including Dry Needling, Barbara Hungerford's Advanced Manual Therapy Courses, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation Courses and the Neurological Sensory Motor Developmental Assessment (NSMDA) for infants and young children.
Bianca loves her sport. Any sport is good sport in her opinion, especially watching the Matilda's. Whilst she is an avid Football (soccer) player, she has worked with the Football Queensland Para Squad and Queensland Lacrosse.
We love to collaborate with other professionals to ensure we provide the best all round services. If you would like your physiotherapist to work in collaboration with your other therapists please let us know.
