Bianca has been our daughter Georgina’s (Gee)

Physio now for about 4years. Gee sustained an ABI back in 2014, so 11 years ago. Gee's big desire & dream is to walk somewhat independently & with Bianca's dedicated pursuit in helping Gee, this could happen in the future, for sure. Gee used to live in Wooloowin but has recently moved to Fig Tree Pocket which is a lot further to travel for sessions in Stafford. During the move Gee was unable to see Bianca but missed her so much that despite the distance she has resumed her Physio sessions. It is not just the obvious improvement Physio-wise that Gee has improved upon but the very real emotional, psychological & behaviour input that Bianca has offered that has been huge for Georgina.

 After enduring a number of tough months as a newborn resulting in surgery at just 9 months old, my daughter experienced gross motor development delay. A friend referred us to Bianca and I am so glad she did! From the moment I began communicating with Bianca on email, she was friendly and kind. And from the very first few minutes of our first visit to Bianca's clinic, I knew we were in safe hands! It was clear from that very first appointment and each appointment thereafter that Bianca is truly invested in helping her clients and really knows what she is doing. She listens without judgement and always clearly explains the reasoning behind certain movements (or lack thereof). Before meeting Bianca, there were days when I wondered if my little girl would ever sit unassisted or walk. However, with Bianca's support, my daughter developed in leaps and bounds and from looking at her, you'd never know the struggles she endured to get where she is today. We are forever grateful for Bianca's expertise, kindness and support. It was a bitter sweet day when our daughter "graduated" from Neuro Steps however we know Bianca is there to support our children if and when required in the future. Our family has been working with Bianca at Neuro Steps for over a year now. Previously we had worked with multiple other physiotherapists who my children really struggled to engage with and where we didn’t see much progress. Bianca has been the first physiotherapist to really identify the key issues my children have needed support on, and we saw more progress within the first 3 months working with her than anything we had tried previously. She is warm and engaging which really facilitates my children participating in therapy. I highly value Bianca’s input as part of our therapy team as she is incredibly knowledgable and wonderful at problem solving from a holistic level. I also really appreciate the way she communicates with our paediatrician to ensure continuity in my childrens’ medical care.

Both of my children saw Bianca over a two-year period, and we truly miss her care and expertise. Bianca is an incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and compassionate physiotherapist who made a significant difference in their lives.

She supported my daughter through ongoing knee pain and her recovery from a fractured back, and she has been instrumental in managing my son’s scoliosis. Thanks to Bianca’s therapy, both children experienced noticeable improvements in their movement, overall quality of life, and even had measurable results on their x-rays.

I cannot recommend Bianca highly enough. We only stopped seeing her due to relocating from Brisbane — otherwise, we would still be under her excellent care.

Bianca at Neuro Steps has helped me tremendously with my ongoing pain, neurological problems and mental health. She is always professional whilst easily approachable, punctual whilst thorough and really knows her stuff. I look forward to my weekly Dry Needling, massage and on occasion Kinesiology sessions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for children or adults.
